📋 Description

• Conduct introductory calls with existing patients interested in advocacy services • Guide patients through the advocacy onboarding process • Coordinate with the advocacy team to ensure smooth transitions and follow-through • Manage patient communications, including follow-ups, missed calls, and reassignments • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Support older adults by helping them access resources, coordination, and advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Canada • Full-time availability • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Willingness to work one of the specified 9a–6p ET or 12p–9p ET shifts • Empathetic and clear communication • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning and using Google Workspace, EHR systems, and CRM platforms • Interest in improving care for older adults • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is a plus, but not required
