🎯 Requirements

• Based in Canada only • Empathetic and clear communicator • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Able to learn new software quickly • Interest in improving mental healthcare access for older adults • Experience in healthcare, customer service, or administrative support is welcome but not required • Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours • Willingness to work one of the listed 9a–6p ET or 12p–9p ET shifts
