📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health • Guide older adults and caregivers through the mental health intake process • Provide patient support, care coordination, and emotional guidance • Help patients match with the right therapist • Ensure patients feel supported, confident, and understood throughout the intake journey • Manage multiple patients at different stages of the process • Take initiative and help shape key processes

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Canada • Excellent empathetic and clear communication skills • Active listening and ability to handle difficult or emotional conversations • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage multiple patients at different stages • Comfortable learning Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, and CRMs such as HubSpot • Ability to learn new software quickly • Interest in mental health and healthcare access • Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Willingness to work one of the listed shifts between 9 a.m.–6 p.m. ET or 12 p.m.–9 p.m. ET
