📋 Description
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM functionality • Develop, modify, and troubleshoot calculated fields and validation rules • Serve as the primary owner of Workday training and knowledge documentation • Build, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards • Evaluate, test, and deploy Workday feature releases and new functionality • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Workday experience or training preferred • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to learn and effectively use new technologies • Strong attention to detail • Analytical ability to solve both business and technical problems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently
