📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate a team of professionals performing highly technical design projects across multiple geographic regions • Lead client meetings and communications to maintain strong client relationships through attentive, result-oriented service • Develop project priorities and schedules for program deliverables, review meetings with key stakeholders, and bidding/construction procurement • Provide team training and conduct Quality Control / Assurance reviews to efficiently develop and deliver consistent documents to program stakeholders • Support construction through timely responses to RFIs, submittal reviews, approved change-order processing, and monthly draw requests

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a Registered Architect • 5–10 years of experience in commercial, industrial design, government/federal, telecom, or data center projects • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other visualization tools • Understanding of building codes and ADA requirements • Proficiency in Revit within a collaborative BIM environment • NCARB Certification is a plus • DBIA or PMP Certification, or extensive progressive design-build experience, is a plus • Autodesk BIM Certification is a plus • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • High attention to detail in an iterative, fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks, learn quickly, and adapt to changes • Self-motivated, professional, and customer-service oriented
