📋 Description

• Own a defined, high-ARR book of business, driving adoption, retention, expansion, customer satisfaction, and multi-threaded stakeholder relationships • Orchestrate internal teams and engage executive, technical, and business stakeholders to translate customer goals into deliverable value narratives • Build executive relationships, run structured business reviews, analyze adoption and usage trends, quantify value, identify gaps, and drive commercial recommendations and expansion opportunities • Create and manage account plans across the customer journey and coordinate multi-stakeholder enablement and success initiatives • Guide rollout plans, security policies, integrated SDLC processes, AppSec and development team onboarding, consultation calls, and enablement sessions • Guide and train customers in using the Endor Labs Platform • Identify, document, escalate, and resolve technical, organizational, and relationship risks • Coordinate questions, issues, and escalations with Support, Product Management, Sales, Professional Services, and other teams • Provide consulting on AppSec strategy, prioritization, and program maturity • Stay current on platform and product releases and educate customers on new features and capabilities • Capture customer feedback, report requests to Product Management and Engineering, and share account health with management and internal stakeholders • Partner with Sales on account strategy and expansion opportunities • Manage priorities and share best practices with teammates

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting roles managing enterprise, high-ARR accounts, ideally in B2B SaaS or security • Strong technical foundation and comfort discussing application security, software supply chain, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices • Ability to build trust and influence at VP/C-level, run business reviews, and navigate complex multi-stakeholder organizations • Experience building account plans, coordinating multi-workstream initiatives, applying project management discipline, managing competing priorities, and mitigating account risk • Ability to analyze adoption and usage data, quantify delivered value, and produce commercial recommendations • Strategic consultative ability to assess security program maturity and guide customers toward outcomes • Ability to translate technical details into business language and business priorities into technical direction • Comfortable using AI agents and tools such as Claude for account research, meeting preparation, and workflow efficiency
