📋 Description

• Support the ongoing development and evolution of the Career Framework, including career pathways, job families, career stages, competencies, and progression expectations • Partner with leaders and HR teams to improve career clarity, internal mobility, and workforce capability • Maintain and enhance framework resources, role profiles, guidance materials, and job descriptions • Support talent calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning processes • Develop practical resources explaining career options, expectations, and growth opportunities • Partner with HR Analytics to identify workforce trends, opportunities, and recommendations • Collaborate with Compensation, Training & Development, Recruiting, and HR teams to align talent programs and practices • Advise leaders and HR teams on Career Framework concepts, role structures, and career growth practices • Support merger integration efforts related to career frameworks, role structures, and career growth practices • Identify and incorporate effective practices that strengthen and evolve the framework • Build relationships, translate complex concepts into practical solutions, and facilitate informed talent and workforce decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, HR consulting, compensation, or related areas • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder partnership skills • Ability to facilitate discussions and influence across different levels of the organization • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations • Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to simplify complex concepts into practical tools, resources, and guidance • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment • Experience supporting career frameworks, workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, or internal mobility programs preferred • Experience partnering across multiple HR disciplines and business functions preferred • Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or integration is a plus
