📋 Description

• Lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, storage facilities, and treatment systems • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality standards • Oversee and coordinate project teams, including engineers, CAD designers, and subconsultants • Maintain strong client relationships and support business development efforts, including pursuing and winning new work • Provide technical leadership across water and wastewater system planning, funding, design, and operations • Mentor and develop junior staff through coaching, training, and performance feedback • Prepare and deliver technical documentation and presentations • Support team growth through collaboration, recruiting, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California • Minimum of 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering • Proven experience managing projects, teams, schedules, and budgets • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver successful client outcomes • Preferred: Experience with pump station and water/wastewater treatment design • Preferred: Established client relationships and local market presence • Preferred: Demonstrated success in business development and client growth • Preferred: Experience mentoring and developing early-career professionals • Travel up to 20% may be required
