📋 Description

• Cultivate strong client relationships to understand business needs and objectives • Collaborate with clients for planning and strategizing operations • Oversee processes to develop and implement operational solutions • Act as the main operational partner for customer satisfaction • Conduct assessments of existing processes with innovative solutions • Provide guidance on best practices in internal operations • Manage people operations initiatives including talent acquisition and engagement • Collaborate on financial processes, budgeting, and compliance • Project manage client’s operations portfolios

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive project management experience • Experience overseeing quality implication of cross-functional operational tasks • Experience as a leader with the capacity to lead from empathy • Familiarity and comfort with basic financial operations and accounting actions • Experience successfully working in and project managing for a remote team environment • Strong relational skills with demonstrated client engagement and relationship management • Strong ability to support, manage, and supervise internal, multi-level team of subject matter experts • Strong attention to detail and completeness balancing the bigger picture
