📋 Description

• Assist clients with standard operations, administration, bookkeeping, payroll duties, budgeting, and other analysis and projects • Report directly to a Senior Associate within Salesberry Group • Deliver high-quality services and support to clients • Apply working knowledge of accounting processes • Provide proactive communication, updates, and answers to client questions • Cultivate strong client-consultant working relationships • Process bill payments and reconcile accounts • Organize expense documentation and supporting documentation • Execute client invoicing and accounts receivable • Process payroll • Assist with preparation and input for monthly reporting and budgeting • Ensure accuracy in financial records and compliance with accounting standards • Assist with financial analysis to support decision-making and identify trends • Assist in ensuring financial platforms and processes are effectively used and meet client needs • Assist with administrative tasks for special projects • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience • Experience successfully working in a remote team environment • Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer/client engagement and relationship management • Experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel • Willingness to assist in any and all operational needs of a client • Strong attention to detail and completeness • Comfort working in an evolving team and willingness to embrace change and take initiative to ensure quality services • Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without need of visa sponsorship now or in the future • Preferred: 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, with a bachelor's degree in accounting (or similar field) • Preferred: Working understanding of GAAP • Preferred: Extensive experience and/or certification with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel • Preferred: Experience with Google Suite/Workspace, Asana, Keeper, and Slack • Preferred: Desire to support progressive organizations and their missions
