📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Data 360 for internal teams and enterprise customers • Advise on Data 360 capabilities, technical architecture, use cases, implementation patterns, and architectural options • Act as a senior escalation point for critical or complex Data 360 project challenges • Diagnose issues, recommend strategic and technical solutions, and guide teams toward successful resolution • Partner with customers and account teams to assess business challenges and identify high-impact use cases • Define solution scope, develop detailed technical designs, and articulate business value • Lead and contribute to mentorship and enablement programs • Develop and deliver technical content and internal training sessions • Document reference architectures and build reusable assets and patterns • Maintain expertise on the product roadmap and broader data platform landscape • Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering organizations • Partner with GTM counterparts during pre-sales activities • Provide technical validation, shape scope, and contribute to future Services offerings • Manage parallel engagements across typically 2–3 strategic clients simultaneously • Meet a utilization target of 50%

🎯 Requirements

• Practical, hands-on, real-life Data 360 experience guiding customers on successful platform use • Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification required • Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data management within Salesforce CRM, Data 360, and external systems • Knowledge of data integration, transformation (ETL/ELT), and data governance • Customer Data Platform and data warehouse experience preferred, including Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, and SQL Server • Ability to influence groups, facilitate solutioning, and lead discussions on implementation methodology, architectural roadmaps, enterprise transformation strategy, and executive-level requirements • Experience with AI-related data integration technologies and concepts, including RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases • Relevant Salesforce experience in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud • Related Salesforce certifications are a strong plus, including Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, and Agentblazer Legend • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids • Ability to conceptualize and create sophisticated diagrams and documents • Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Privacy concepts and regulations preferred • BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent in a technical or related field • Willingness to travel when needed, expected to be less than 10%
