📋 Description

• Support Salesforce Commercial business across AMER Financial Services and Canada all industries • Engage across the entire customer lifecycle and drive the technical sale of Analytics and Tableau solutions • Collaborate with customers, Sales, Product, and Professional Services • Solicit business requirements and develop technical sales strategies • Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Analytics solutions that address customer requirements and provide business value • Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts through storytelling • Partner with clients, internal team members, and C-level client contacts to drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions • Conduct business development, operations and IT strategy work, and executive-level product demonstrations • Act as a trusted advisor to drive innovative solutions and improve business performance • Research and assess ambiguous business problems, define opportunities, and recommend practical next steps • Communicate and evaluate solution options and drive consensus among key collaborators • Help clients develop decision frameworks and governance processes • Deliver software demonstrations and rapid prototypes • Construct future-state customer journey strategies and long-term IT roadmaps • Assist customers, Account Executives, and Professional Services with discovery, analysis, and strategic solution recommendations • Discover customer business needs and position the best Salesforce solution • Build and present customized Salesforce solution demonstrations and proofs of concept to multiple customer personas • Convey understanding of customer architecture as it relates to Salesforce solutions • Lead cross-functional solution guides and align them to opportunity strategy • Develop and deliver customer experience narratives using Salesforce technologies • Complete product, sales, procedural training, and certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of Tableau or similar applications, relational database and web technology • Exceptional oral, written, presentation, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to be adaptable and work as part of a team to solve technical problems in a dynamic and fast-moving industry • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience • Previous work experience as a solution/sales engineer, consultant, or data analyst preferred • Current Salesforce (CRMA, D360, Agentforce) and Tableau Certifications preferred • Direct experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and/or Tableau Cloud/Server/Next preferred • Basic programming experience in HTML and other web based technologies preferred • Knowledge and experience working with AI tools and technology preferred • B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent relevant experience required • Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region, up to 50% • Candidates are evaluated based on core competencies, including extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer, and work experience
