📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformations, strategic accounts, and enterprise implementations • Own end-to-end program P&L, including forecasting, budget governance, margin accountability, and financial controls • Lead Salesforce project teams, including direct and indirect team members and third-party system integrators • Run steering committees and manage executive customer relationships through the C-suite • Define program strategy, management approach, governance, objectives, outcomes, and success KPIs • Oversee end-to-end service delivery and meet contractual commitments • Manage scope changes with customers and approve amendments as necessary • Leverage AI tooling and agentic workflows to improve delivery efficiency and customer outcomes • Drive adoption and consumption of Salesforce, AI, and Agentforce capabilities • Align IT strategy, governance, processes, and stakeholder decisions to customer outcomes • Anticipate, mitigate, and manage delivery risks, escalating issues with recommended solutions • Coach and uplift Salesforce Professional Services team members • Contribute to internal delivery processes, artifacts, and methodologies • Build and expand executive business relationships with Sales, Success, Technology & Product, and Support • Develop multi-threaded account relationships and generate delivery-originated pipeline • Advise customers, partners, and internal teams on Defense & National Security technology transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience applying AI productivity tools, automation, or agentic workflows within a professional services or program delivery context • 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience • Track record leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable business outcomes • 5+ years leading large, cross-functional delivery teams across multiple geographies and workstreams • Experience managing engagement-level program financials, forecasting, revenue control, earned value analysis, contingency management, and delivered-versus-bid margin • End-to-end knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness • Experience leading steering committee and executive-level customer relationships • Experience conducting structured sales-to-delivery handoffs or equivalent intake processes • Ability to proactively identify and escalate delivery risks • Ability to collaborate across global time zones and geographies • Outstanding executive presence and verbal and written communication skills • Ability to operate as a fully billable individual contributor • U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized), without dual citizenship • Satisfactory background investigation • Secret level clearance or above • Applicants located in the DC Metro area strongly preferred • Hands-on experience delivering Agentforce or equivalent enterprise AI platform implementations • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification, or equivalent demonstrated program management discipline • Agile SCRUM Master certification • 10+ years using and/or implementing Salesforce core products, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Salesforce platform certifications required as part of the role • Defense & National Security domain expertise • Experience with outcomes-based or fixed-fee delivery models • Experience negotiating and resolving delivery-context conflicts • Bachelor's degree required
