📋 Description

• Coach and guide Salesforce customers through complex organizational transformations • Lead and oversee holistic change strategies • Advance the Human-Centered Change practice • Build collaborative partnerships with customers, project leadership, and account leadership • Ensure successful delivery of Human-Centered Change engagements • Provide guidance and oversight to team members in change management workstreams • Lead change management activities, including research, workshops, interviews, and synthesis • Develop and execute holistic change strategies for complex transformation initiatives • Drive senior leadership alignment and executive sponsorship • Serve as the central HCC point of accountability for designated customer engagements • Apply change leadership, culture transformation, organization/operating model design, and employee experience practices • Identify issues and recommend solutions to account leadership, project leadership, and customer project sponsors • Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to continuous innovation of HCC offerings • Use AI tools to improve change strategy development, workshop design, and client deliverables • Develop project scopes, timelines, and strategic roadmaps • Manage scope changes, identify issues, and pivot when necessary • Collaborate on project structure, proposals, and client work • Identify new business opportunities and connect appropriate people to support them • Build customer and stakeholder relationships and clarify project roles, responsibilities, and vision • Lead, coordinate, and manage project teams • Maintain team motivation and morale • Resolve or escalate project-team issues and conflicts • Partner with external clients and other partners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles • Experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs, ideally at Fortune 500 companies • Strong proficiency with AI tools, including generative AI and automation platforms • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, including Salesforce's LEVERs model and ADKAR • Ability to articulate Human-Centered Change value to stakeholders at all levels • Experience designing and implementing monitoring and measurement frameworks to evaluate change success • Strong organizational change management experience • Strong research and synthesis skills, including extracting insights from qualitative and quantitative data • Proven track record of building client relationships and working in client-facing roles • Proactive, self-sufficient, and professional, with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise software • Experience across B2B and B2C industries • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time • Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience preferred • Change consulting background preferred • Experience in Financial Services, Health, and/or Life Sciences preferred • Prosci Certification preferred • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred • Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification preferred • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification preferred
