• Lead end-to-end customer migration engagements • Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders • Drive adoption of AI agents and automation toolkits • Collaborate closely with GDC partners • Monitor technical trends and provide tailored release recommendations
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting • Deep, hands-on domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau • Demonstrated ability to drive business value and facilitate technical discussions • Proven experience working with global delivery models (e.g. GDC) • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds • Familiarity with AI agents or automation tools • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
