📋 Description

• Run the Agentforce adoption program for Service Cloud end-to-end • Own portfolio-level tracking, deployment velocity, blocker resolution, and go-live reporting across lighthouse and scaled customers • Establish daily operating cadence with product, FDE, CSM, and PS teams for the first 100 customers • Transition to a lighter-touch weekly/bi-weekly operating model as the program matures past 100 customers • Intake customer feedback from the field and close the loop with inbound product managers within a week • Identify and resolve blockers preventing FDE, CSM, PS, and partner teams from executing the deployment playbook • Build, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the deployment playbook • Track and communicate the Agentforce adoption metric, gap, and path • Summarize program status for executive leadership and investigate technical problems with engineering • Ensure field-validated product requirements reach the appropriate inbound product manager with actionable signal

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years technical program management, product operations, or equivalent • Engineering background with ability to understand architecture and communicate credibly with engineers • Deep personal familiarity with AI and agentic systems; hands-on experience • Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex • Practical depth in LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows • Foundational Salesforce expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and core APIs • Proven portfolio operations experience managing many customers and identifying systemic blockers • Ability to write concise executive summaries and communicate with VP-level Product leadership • Willingness to travel approximately 25%
