📋 Description

• Lead platform engineering product initiatives in partnership with development teams to maximize product value and drive long-term platform evolution • Create and execute product roadmaps, strategies, and platform modernization plans • Champion platform capabilities and initiatives from concept to implementation • Define and track measurable outcomes and KPIs aligned with business and engineering objectives • Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional teams to define platform capabilities and translate them into actionable product requirements • Prioritize and manage product backlogs, balancing modernization, technical debt, operational needs, and long-term platform investments • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform platform strategy and engineering enablement • Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reusable platform capabilities • Provide product leadership and guidance to engineering teams and internal stakeholders • Ensure platform solutions meet defined quality, scalability, security, and reliability standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of product management experience with internal back-end platform engineering products, such as APIs, infrastructure, or developer platforms • Proven experience delivering platform modernization initiatives and long-term platform capabilities • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional engineering teams • Analytical mindset with experience defining and measuring product outcomes and KPIs • Experience operating in ambiguous environments, balancing modernization, technical debt, and long-term platform strategy over feature-release delivery • Experience with authentication and authorization technologies is preferred • Knowledge of platform engineering, APIs, and developer platforms is a plus • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States must be provided if selected for hire
