• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites • Provide ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding company products • Share clinical knowledge of products, clinical applications, instructions for use, and procedural techniques • Provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff • Provide case support, including operating room/procedure support • Work with sales, marketing, and R&D personnel to communicate product, clinical, and market information • Support troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for company products • Perform patient follow-up to assure customer and patient success with implanted products • Develop and maintain business relationships with hospital personnel • Visit customers and patients in hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers • Assist sales representatives in developing new sales opportunities and physician and hospital accounts • Provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience in a clinical or hospital environment • 3+ years of experience in implantable medical devices • Operating room experience • Ability to provide clinical support, troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up • Ability to educate physicians and hospital staff on product use • Ability to develop and maintain physician, hospital, and clinical-site relationships • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities accurately and efficiently • Ability to adapt strategy to new opportunities, challenges, and unexpected developments • Ability to travel to hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers
