📋 Description

• Analyze data requirements and recommend technology and process improvements • Develop key performance indicators and measurement frameworks • Monitor reporting services for accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of operational and financial data • Produce queries and reports covering portfolios, programs, expenses, and risk positions • Evaluate business processes, identify gaps, anticipate needs, and implement solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate insights and align business priorities • Translate complex data into actionable insights for planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives • Administer procurement and financial controls, manage contracts, track spend commitments, and ensure governance compliance • Maintain the IT contracting, procurement, and invoice approval framework

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Finance/Accounting Management, Information Technology or relevant graduate qualifications including CBAP certification • Six Sigma / Lean certification is an asset • 7–10 years hands-on experience performing business support and analysis functions in complex organizations • Knowledge of operational and capital expense planning, IT operations, and analytical tools • Ability to communicate complex problems and solutions clearly and pragmatically to diverse audiences • Ability to document business processes, procedures, and requirements clearly and structurally • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and project sponsors • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines while contributing within a team environment • Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset • Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
