📋 Description
• Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and optimal performance of Salesforce CRM system • Collaborate with CRM team, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users • Manage user access, profiles, and permissions • Maintain data quality and integrity, manage data duplication and ensure data cleanup • Monitor system performance and usage, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues • Prepare for and coordinate Salesforce releases and support maintenance updates
🎯 Requirements
• Salesforce Administrator Certification • 2 to 4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in an enterprise setting or complex use cases • Experience with NPSP, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • Experience with third-party solutions, such as customizable form building tools and data deduplication tools • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as SaaS platforms management, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SSL is an asset
