📋 Description

• Advise large-scale customers and manage deployment of Samsara technology to achieve quick time to value • Own project management, including project plans, RAID logs, and governance meetings • Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for each business process • Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications, and training • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Work through implementation obstacles across numerous use cases • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role • Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred • Strong project management skills and ability to follow methodologies • 2+ years of experience supporting or working with technical products • 2+ years running on-site workshops with more than 10 stakeholders • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills • Excellent consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering senior management, and software users • Initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment • German fluency preferred as an ideal-candidate qualification • Experience using AI or automation in Customer Success workflows preferred • Experience creating implementation methodologies and/or frameworks preferred
