📋 Description

• Advise and guide Mid-Market customers through onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal • Manage deployment of Samsara’s IoT technology for fleet and industrial assets • Own customer relationships and ensure successful solution deployment • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and day-to-day users • Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Understand Samsara platform capabilities and explain them to customers • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS preferred • Well-versed in cloud software, networking, automation, or control systems preferred • Experience with integration projects and ability to comprehend RESTful APIs • Experience with scripting languages such as Python is a plus • IoT, hardware, vehicles, or general tinkering experience is a plus • Background in Fleet, Logistics, Supply Chain, Telematics, Manufacturing, or general operations is a plus • Legal right to work at Samsara and in the specified work location
