⢠Own all sales activities within the defined region of responsibility ⢠Develop, strengthen, and maintain existing and new customer relationships ⢠Generate sales growth for the complete SAMSON portfolio of products and services ⢠Hold face-to-face customer interactions and facilitate lunch and learns ⢠Resolve customer service issues and follow up on proposal activities ⢠Conduct Sales Meetings, Lunch & Learns, as required ⢠Provide technical support with documentation, drawings, customer training, site visits and demonstrations ⢠Collaborate with other regional sales managers, sales leadership, and other departments
⢠5+ years of experience in Industrial or Process Automation sales ⢠Technical knowledge of Valves, Actuators, and other control components a preference ⢠Experience managing sales cycles between 6 weeks and 2 years ⢠Previous experience managing a defined region with direct accounts and sales channels ⢠Previous experience utilizing a CRM with all customer interactions ⢠An energetic self-starter with the desire to achieve challenging objectives and think outside of the box ⢠Advanced oral and written communication in English (French is an asset) with strong presentation skills ⢠Strong Customer Service orientation and skillset ⢠Problem-solving skills and adaptability to deal with conflicts, setbacks and change ⢠Detail-oriented person with analytical ability and listening skills and an innovative problem-solver ⢠Strong MS Office knowledge and computer skills ⢠Ability to work in a team environment ⢠Strong organizational skills to deal with occasional heavy workloads and multi-tasking ⢠Valid Canadian Drivers license
