📋 Description

• Create new agentic capabilities, including frameworks for monitoring, guardrailing, and evaluating agents • Make agents work together more effectively • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model fine-tuning using the latest frameworks • Work with Product and Research to translate AI research into applicable features and software engineering projects • Rapidly iterate on prototypes and features based on feedback and evolving product needs • Contribute production-ready code across engineering to deliver scalable software • Stay current with agentic developments and explore new opportunities • Break, fix, and harden systems for production • Collaborate with ML experts, security experts, mathematicians, and software engineers • Publish and deploy innovations shaping agentic collaboration and trust

🎯 Requirements

• MSc in Computer Science or related field with exposure to AI/ML • Deep expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, or AI security • Strong programming skills in Python and relevant ML and/or agentic frameworks • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with a high degree of end-to-end ownership, delivering real world outcomes • Ability to pick up other programming languages and technologies as required to ship scalable and reliable software • Hands-on experience with at least one of: agent orchestration, agent harnesses, agent teams, jailbreaking/prompt injection, red teaming, data poisoning or evasion attacks, secure model deployment or sandboxing, detection and monitoring for AI misuse • Experience contributing to open source projects • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment • PhD in Computer Science or related field with focus on AI/ML or similar (highly desired)
