• 3+ years of experience in administrative duties, preferably working with c-suite individuals or in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders. • Technology literate: proficiently using Microsoft for emails and scheduling, as well as an ability to learn new systems quickly. • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with ability to quickly and logically set priorities, meet deadlines, and anticipate obstacles. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external contacts. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with others to find solutions. • Strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to escalate concerns/challenges appropriately and proactively consider and offer alternative solutions. • Able to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion. • Have a basic understanding of data literacy and willingness to use and refer to data. • Demonstrated commitment to embedding equity-centered, inclusive, and culturally responsive practices that honor diverse identities and foster meaningful belonging.
