📋 Description

• Present the benefits of Santen’s products to clinic-based ophthalmologists and resident eye doctors • Acquire new prescribers and increase prescription volume in clinics • Serve as the key point of contact at ophthalmology conferences and events • Organize and lead training sessions to educate and support healthcare professionals • Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets within the designated region • Embody Santen’s philosophy and marketing vision as a trusted partner to clinicians

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training qualifying to work as pharmaceutical representative or certified pharmaceutical representative (Pharmareferentenprüfung) • Field experience in the pharmaceutical/clinic sector or comparable sales experience • German and English spoken and written (min. C1) • Strong sales and customer-facing skills • Ability to analyze and perform sales analysis
