📋 Description

• Analyze clients' data management and reporting needs in the insurance industry. • Design, build, and deploy functionality for data integration and data management. • Create data models supporting the integration of analytical applications and reporting needs. • Collaborate with SAP Fioneer Software Development and Sales teams. • Assist clients with insurance transformation projects. • Travel to meet the team on-site in Calgary or Toronto from time to time.

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent work experience is required. • Possess 3+ years of professional experience in IT transformation projects. • Initial experience in designing data management processes for the insurance sector. • A solid understanding of the technical mapping, interfacing and modeling of FSI products. • Basic experience in configuring one of the following SAP solutions: SAP FDS, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA. • Proficiency in data modeling with ABAP dictionary, SQL, SAP HANA, SAP BTP or another database is preferred. • Exposed to AI agents and Claude code. • Exhibit positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude. • Willingness to travel (50%). • Proficiency in both English (written and oral).
