📋 Description

• Leading SDUK contact for either Convenience or High Street Discounters, holding full P&L responsibility across a diverse portfolio. • Developing, negotiating, and delivering annual business plans aligned with SDUK’s strategic goals. • Leading commercial negotiations, ensuring volume and margin performance meets or exceeds budget expectations. • Building and nurturing cross-functional relationships internally and externally to support long-term business growth. • Supporting the development and execution of category programs, promotional plans, and NPD initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Have proven experience in Sales or Account Management within an FMCG environment, ideally with Own Label exposure. • Are confident in negotiating Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and managing complex commercial discussions. • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and customer-facing. • Are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. • Can analyse data, extract insights, and translate them into creative, actionable recommendations. • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
