📋 Description

• Own end-to-end QA strategy across the platform and customer-facing delivery, spanning a globally distributed team of QA engineers • Establish and maintain quality governance for regulated financial institutions, including test strategy standards, coverage metrics, release criteria, and audit-ready evidence • Own incident response for quality-related issues, including triage, root cause analysis, future prevention, and post-incident communication • Partner with engineers to strengthen test automation, CI/CD release gating, and regression coverage for a real-time, high-throughput platform • Partner with Professional Services and Post-Sales teams to support UAT, structured acceptance testing, and integration validation for bank and enterprise deployments • Shape engineering culture and uphold high quality standards across the organization • Lead a globally distributed QA team across web, mobile, and manual testing

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in software quality • 2+ years managing QA or Quality Engineering teams • Experience owning quality for a regulated domain such as banking, payments, or fintech • Familiarity with audits, UAT, and documented test governance • Test automation, CI/CD gating, and coverage measurement experience • Structured manual and exploratory testing experience • Hands-on experience building test automation using Cypress or similar tools • Track record of building high-performing, distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures • Metrics-driven approach; comfortable defining and reporting quality KPIs
