• Lead all phases of project execution, including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination • Champion a best-in-class safety culture, partnering with field and safety teams to reduce risk and improve performance • Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial outcomes to ensure predictable, profitable delivery • Oversee construction execution, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and stakeholders, maintaining strong, professional relationships • Direct and develop project teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth • Manage change orders, RFIs, and project risks, implementing strategies to protect company interests • Monitor costs, invoices, A/P and A/R, and support forecasting and reporting activities • Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, and equipment resources to support efficient project delivery • Lead project closeout, including documentation, financial reconciliation, and contract compliance • Ensure timely and accurate completion of project documentation and reporting requirements • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including refining processes and operational best practices • Contribute to business development efforts, including bidding and proposal support • Mentor team members and support employee development and engagement initiatives • Drive quality control and quality assurance across all phases of project execution
• 3–5 years of leadership experience within the electrical construction industry, delivering projects on time and within budget • Experience in renewables or power generation projects • Strong understanding of project management, financial controls, and construction operations • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
