📋 Description

• Manage and observe all on-site civil and structural construction activities • Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, industry standards, safety protocols, and quality standards • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies • Conduct daily site inspections, monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement corrective actions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, contractors, partners, and project stakeholders • Address technical obstacles and coordinate efficient workflow • Apply civil and structural engineering expertise to optimize designs and construction methodologies • Propose cost-effective solutions to project challenges • Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations • Verify installed progress and work product against drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements • Highlight variances or changes in work placement • Track work progress and report key activity development daily • Support early communication and creative problem-solving when project problems arise

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Civil/Structural Construction Management or a related field • Demonstrated expertise in civil and structural construction, preferably with energy or power plant sector exposure • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and safety standards • Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Familiarity with industry regulations, industry codes & standards, and best practices related to power plant electrical operations, maintenance, and safety • Must have work authorization in the U.S.; the employer does not sponsor employees for work authorization
