📋 Description

• Ensure successful application, implementation, qualification and use of Sartorius’ Separation technologies portfolio (NFF, TFF, UF/DF) • Provide product expertise, application knowledge and technical support throughout the customer process • Support sales through product positioning, presentations, demonstrations and trials • Support existing products through presentations, demonstrations and application studies • Collaborate with product management on beta-site testing and demonstrations for new products • Support sales in customer process and URS analysis • Generate application trials to design optimized products aligned with application requirements • Conduct product trials and demonstrations; create trial reports for customers, sales and application teams • Support sales target achievement and market-share growth for the assigned Separations product line and defined region • Provide proactive technical support and resolve field implementation problems • Support quality complaint investigations by troubleshooting and analyzing customer processes • Collect, verify and analyze product-performance and customer-feedback data • Report competitor products and feedback to application specialist and product management • Provide basic product training to internal sales and dealers • Run external customer workshops and seminars • Collaborate with interfaces to define trial scope and acceptance criteria and build professional trial reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological engineering, biotechnology or other life sciences related field or equivalent demonstrated professional experience; Master’s degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in process development, MSAT, bioprocessing in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical industry or CDMO manufacturing environment or field experience in a similar role • In-depth knowledge in TFF, UF/MF/DF, NFF, Viral Filtration and Clarification products • Experience in optimization and process scaling success • Familiarity with life science application experiment technology • Ability to troubleshoot technical and application-related issues in customer environments • Hands-on technical capability, including demos, trials, evaluations and customer training activities • Ability to document application findings, trial outcomes and technical recommendations in a structured manner • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product Management, Quality and other cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization • Strong customer orientation and ability to translate customer needs into effective application solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office • Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds • Willingness to travel more than 50%; overnight travel required as needed • Identification with core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
