📋 Description

• Set up initial hosting or corporate environments for customers, including routers, switches, firewalls, F5s, Azure, and complex VPN tunnel testing and turnups • Set up complex Azure Cloud network solutions • Update digital certificates on networking devices • Perform advanced networking moves, adds, and changes for hosted customers • Support firewall, F5, and VPN network leveraged services • Consult with SAS PMs, CSDMs, and customers on hosted network solutions • Provide escalation support • Support migrations from the old Cary network fabric to the new fabric and Azure • Upgrade network device operating systems • Reduce technical debt • Globally manage Wi-Fi and VPN configurations, including AnyConnect, PulseSecure, GlobalProtect, and site-to-site VPNs • Address security vulnerabilities and security and penetration-test findings • Respond to audit evidence requests for network environments and configurations in non-restricted environments • Support internal and external customers in hosted and internal environments • Help design, implement, and support a large heterogeneous computing environment • Help maintain Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements while improving performance, reliability, and standardization

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English required • Additional proficiency in French strongly preferred and considered an asset • Must be eligible to obtain Canadian government security clearance and maintain the clearance throughout employment • Legally authorized to work in Canada • Must not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status • 5+ years of experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls • 5+ years of experience with Azure Networking • Experience with F5 Load Balancers and Palo Alto Firewalls • Cisco and Aruba Wireless Access Point and Controller experience • Experience with Cisco AnyConnect, Palo Alto GlobalProtect, and SSL-based VPNs such as PulseSecure
