📋 Description

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts. • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and handling inquiries. • Prepare and negotiate sales agreements to achieve revenue targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment. • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify growth opportunities. • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to track performance. • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. • Proven experience in key account management or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. • Ability to travel as needed.
