📋 Description

• Lead a new project focused on leveraging Rust for high-performance data processing • Create new features and improve robustness, performance and resilience of existing Rust codebase • Solve complex business problems by designing and implementing robust code and cutting-edge optimisation algorithms • Collaborate with internal project owners and customers to design and develop services that meet their needs • Build and manage scalable cloud software solutions with full IaC in a GCP container environment • Work with machine learning, optimisation and AI technologies • Ship working Rust software regularly and help shape AI-centric products

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Software Developer • Proven commercial experience developing with Rust • Strong proficiency in large scale data handling and data transformation • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scaling and resilience • Experience building and managing containerised solutions on one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • A self-starter mentality with exceptional problem-solving skills • Familiarity with technologies such as TDD, BDD, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
