• Source, qualify, and close net-new retail accounts with no inbound dependency. • Run multi-threaded deals across commerce, digital, and technical stakeholders. • Build and manage your own pipeline in CRM with disciplined forecasting. • Collaborate with our technical team to scope proofs of concept and translate merchant requirements into clear SOWs. • Represent Satsuma at industry events and use your network as an asset from day one.
• 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 3 years selling into retail or omnichannel brands. • A real network — you can name VP-level contacts at midmarket and enterprise retailers and get them to take a call. • Experience selling integration platforms, commerce technology, or SaaS infrastructure is a strong plus. • Comfort with technical buyers and the ability to hold your own in a conversation about APIs, loyalty systems, and commerce stacks. • You prefer to hunt. You're energized by building pipeline from scratch, not managing an inbound queue.
