📋 Description

• Oversee multiple construction projects, including tower inspections and maintenance, tower decommissioning, tower drop and swap, and Edge new-build projects, from inception through closeout • Assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify resources and budgets, and develop schedules • Manage and lead all project phases through completion and handoff • Maintain understanding of site status reports, contracts, electrical/grounding, site plans, and drawings • Maintain SBA safety regulations and policies for construction and maintenance • Manage construction financials, including purchase orders, budgets, and job close-out • Ensure quality construction within budget and schedule while maintaining customer experience • Develop and manage project plans and budgets • Obtain necessary building and electrical permits • Build relationships with customers, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants • Oversee assigned subcontractors and third-party vendors • Track and report progress statuses and variances • Ensure contract scopes and deliverable schedules are met with minimal change orders • Improve efficiency and reduce project costs • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimize end-to-end processes • Work cross-functionally with organizational teams • Participate in siting decisions with Land & Leasing and ZAP teams • Collaborate with the Zoning Team to ensure site designs meet jurisdiction requirements • Develop project coordinators • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred • 3-5 years Project Management experience in construction or site development projects • Prior experience managing construction projects strongly preferred • Experience managing subcontractors through completion and in conformance with schedule, customer requirements, and budget guidelines preferred • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred • Understanding of site status reports, contracts, electrical/grounding, site plans, and drawings • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and policies • Ability to manage construction financials, including POs, budgets, and job close-out • Ability to obtain necessary building and electrical permits • Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, customers, engineers, suppliers, and consultants
