📋 Description

• Lead paid acquisition strategy and performance across a portfolio of DTC wellness brands. • Own growth across Meta, Google Search, and other paid acquisition channels. • Partner closely with Creative, Ecommerce, Brand, and Analytics teams to improve acquisition performance. • Redesign growth workflows using AI-enabled systems and automation. • Report directly to the VP of Growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: Growth leadership at scaled DTC brands, Performance marketing leadership managing large consumer budgets, Agency leadership with deep ecommerce and acquisition expertise, Operators who have helped scale brands from early traction to significant revenue scale • Deep paid acquisition expertise. • Strong operator instincts. • Analytical sophistication. • Creative judgment. • AI fluency. • Hands-on mentality. • Cross-functional leadership.
