📋 Description

• Source, screen, and shortlist Sales Development Representative (SDR) candidates for US-based clients • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other tools to build strong candidate pipelines • Conduct initial interviews to assess English level, sales potential, and cultural fit • Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and provide timely candidate updates • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS/CRM • Contribute to creative sourcing strategies (campaigns, outreach messages, referral programs) • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in sourcing sales or customer-facing roles for the US market • Knowledge of sales role profiles, particularly SDRs • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, job boards, and social media • Advanced English (verbal & written) – able to conduct interviews confidently • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to work full-time • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven personality
