📋 Description
• Engage across 8–10 written platforms daily (Threads, Reddit, X, Discord, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, etc.). • Write, reply, and comment with personality, authenticity, and intelligence — not spammy automation. • Keep conversations alive: start new threads, jump into active ones, and keep communities buzzing. • Respond quickly and in brand voice — friendly, curious, helpful, and occasionally funny. • Build meaningful connections by engaging with business owners, entrepreneurs, and EOS enthusiasts. • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai) to brainstorm and draft multiple posts daily across platforms. • Personalize, edit, and humanize AI drafts before posting. • Write and schedule our weekly Klaviyo newsletter that recaps top conversations, lessons, or wins. • Monitor engagement metrics, trending discussions, and sentiment.
🎯 Requirements
• Exceptional written communicator — quick, clever, professional, and adaptable. • Lives online and understands community tone across Reddit, X, Threads, etc. • Obsessed with driving engagement and sparking conversation. • Experienced using AI tools for content creation and engagement. • Organized multitasker who thrives in high-volume environments. • Proficient with Klaviyo (or other email platforms) and comfortable managing newsletters. • Detail-oriented — no typos, no lazy replies, no bots pretending to be you. • Bonus: Experience in entrepreneurship, EOS, or business coaching communities.
