• Review unmatched repayment summaries, get to the root cause, and decide what needs attention first • Reach out directly to partners and employers to resolve issues, keeping Customer Success and Partner Success teams looped in • Identify patterns across clients and partners, and share results with the teams who can act on it • Own month end recovery reporting, including tracking down what's missing and who to contact • Contribute estimates and context to support financial close • Handle simple bank reconciliation on incoming and outgoing accounts • Put together a monthly summary of aged accounts receivable • Flag where matching logic is breaking down and work with our systems owner to test fixes
• 3-5 years of experience in collections, data analysis, accounting, or something comparable • A genuine interest in working with clients and partners, not just data • The instinct to keep digging when the obvious answers run out, this role lives in the last 1% that automation can't solve • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level), including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis. • Comfort working with high volume data where there is ambiguity • Strong communication skills, you can explain what's going on clearly to both partners and internal teams • Experience with reconciliation is a plus, but not required • Background in a fast-paced environment like SaaS, fintech, or a professional services firm is a bonus
