📋 Description

‱ Join South Pacific Sales Team based in Sydney or Melbourne to drive growth across Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific countries ‱ Engage with prospects and partners to understand business needs and articulate the value proposition of Scality ARTESCA solutions ‱ Educate prospects and partners on ARTESCA differentiators including cyber-resilience, unified deployment, cost savings, and deep integration with Veeam ‱ Drive the sales cycle directly with end customers and support reseller partners throughout the sales process ‱ Generate pipeline by following up on marketing leads, leveraging channel partner referrals, and executing outbound prospecting ‱ Engage proactively with channel partners and key alliances to build strong relationships and drive joint pipeline growth ‱ Recruit new local Scality Cloud Service Providers (SCSPs) ‱ Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting to achieve quarterly and annual targets

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in tech (ideally software/IT infrastructure) ‱ Strong communication skills in English ‱ Established network within the industry that can be leveraged ‱ Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales, channel management, and product marketing teams ‱ Self-starter attitude with high energy, adaptability, and a passion for SaaS/IT innovation ‱ Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) ‱ Familiarity with backup solutions (especially Veeam) ‱ Familiarity with channel strategies ‱ Bachelor's degree preferred
