📋 Description

• Ensure interaction with Key Accounts in Optical retail space is collaborative and grows lifetime value against revenue, distribution, and profitability targets • Work on an eyecare portfolio of products with a range of optical chain customers • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel within designated accounts • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume growth, NPD distribution and visibility strategic objectives in designated accounts • Seek out new opportunities within each assigned customer, build innovative solutions to drive customer spending and regime rates • Lead a joint business plan process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones • Assess, clarify, and validate customers’ needs on an ongoing basis • Manage potential channel conflict internally and externally with other sales channels through excellent communication • Work on promotional programmes that deliver results focused on profitability & ROI analysis • Understand competition and leverage this in customer JBP’s and negotiations • Support the development of KAM(s) within the Sales structure

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred Degree Level Qualification in Business, Economics or Science • Specific Knowledge, Skills and Experience Preferred significant prior experience in a similar role within Eyecare or healthcare OTC categories • Demonstratable knowledge of JBP creation & execution, along with negotiation & communications skills being to a high level • Demonstrable experience of dealing with the type of customers that this role engages with: buyers, supply chain staff, medical departments, finance teams etc. • Self-Motivated and can proactively drive initiatives forward within the business • Collaborates effectively with Scope colleagues and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and best possible outcomes for the business • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable and capable of communicating, both written and verbal, with all levels within and outside Scope • Proficient at influencing both internal and external stakeholders with a high level of professionalism • Clear aptitude in analytical thinking, rational, and prompt; strong with data analysis • Strong attention to detail with an ability to understand complex legal, financial and commercial data • Uses strong organisation and prioritisation skills with ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload • Strong technical and computer literacy; skilled in the use of tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
