🎯 Requirements

• You’ve scaled large Meta accounts spending $5M+ per month. • You’re excited to do your best work in a role with high ownership and outsized impact. • You’re not afraid to challenge the playbook. • You think in systems and strategy. • You operate like a scientist. • You’re driven by impact and energized by the unknown. • Demonstrated success scaling multiple Meta ad accounts from $1M to $5-10M+ in monthly spend. • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts. • Expertise in performance measurement and attribution. • Deep understanding of Meta auction dynamics. • Strong analytical skills and fluency in interpreting performance data.
