• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across sourcing, pipeline management, interviewing, and closing top talent. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop tailored recruiting strategies. • Source candidates through SeekOut, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. • Manage candidate pipelines, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation while ensuring timely communication and positive candidate experience. • Utilize recruiting technology (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GEM, SeekOut) to optimize sourcing, interviewing, and reporting workflows. • Provide consultative guidance to hiring teams and advise on market insights. • Track recruiting metrics and report on progress, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes. • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes to increase speed, quality, and candidate engagement. • Negotiate offers and close candidates while ensuring alignment with compensation structures and business priorities.
• 1–3 years of professional recruiting experience managing end-to-end hiring processes. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Proven success managing end-to-end recruiting across multiple functions (mid-to-senior level roles). • Proficiency with sourcing and recruiting tools such as SeekOut, Greenhouse, BrightHire, and GEM (or similar CRMs/ATS). • Strong pipeline management skills—organized, detail-oriented, and efficient. • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use recruiting metrics to measure and improve results. • Ability to work with urgency, creativity, and autonomy while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. • Experience working under general supervision while handling moderately complex hiring challenges. • Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. • Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
