📋 Description

• Operate and develop applications in the Web Services area (websites, e‑commerce environments and ERP systems) • Develop interfaces for central systems, implement functional enhancements to existing applications and introduce new web applications or configure them following a best-practice approach • Contribute to projects and coordinate the necessary prerequisites with infrastructure operations teams and involved IT service providers • Monitor defined KPIs to ensure service quality, prepare reports and implement optimizations in coordination with the service owners • 3rd-level support according to ITIL: initiate the appropriate actions and processes to restore service availability

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in an IT-related field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Natural Sciences) or a comparable qualification • At least 3 years of practical experience supporting web services (corporate websites, web-based applications) in medium-sized or large companies • Very good knowledge of implementing PHP-based applications, content management systems and REST API interfaces, as well as web and database server technologies (Redis, PostgreSQL, MySQL) • Extensive expertise in building modern frontend applications with HTML5 and CSS, and experience with Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript or React • Enthusiasm for adopting innovative solutions and motivation to help shape them • Willingness to take on 3rd-level support • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
