• Recruit + enable new regional resellers focused on networking + security • Manage and grow the current portfolio of SecureW2 channel partners • Develop joint business plans and drive partner-sourced pipeline • Onboard, enable, and support partners through the full sales lifecycle • Collaborate with marketing to run co-branded campaigns and events • Identify new partner opportunities and evaluate strategic fit • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and escalations • Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
• 3–5 years of experience in channel sales, partner account management, or related roles • Proven success in growing revenue through partner relationships • Strong understanding of SaaS, cybersecurity, networking, or identity solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment • Experience working with VARs in the IT/security space • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools • Prior experience working with SLED, enterprise, or education markets
