• Support the HR team (Payroll, Recruiting, Learning & Development) with administrative and organizational tasks • Assist in creating and managing HR documents – from employment contracts to exit paperwork • Manage and maintain applicant and employee data • General organizational/coordination duties such as preparing and following up on meetings and trainings, creating reports, presentations, reportings, data preparation, etc. • Act as a liaison to internal departments and external partners • Contribute to HR projects and assume a system administrator role for our HR software
• Completed commercial training (apprenticeship or Matura/secondary school leaving certificate) • Several years of professional experience in HR administration • Knowledge of employment law and experience with payroll processing are a plus • Proficient in MS Office • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Team-oriented, communicative and responsible personality • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong commitment and a hands-on mentality
