• Are you a problem solver who thrives on helping customers succeed? As a Software Support Engineer (SSE) on our growing team, you'll be at the forefront of assisting our customers with installing our software, deploying it to cloud-hosted environments, integrating with their data sources, and upgrading to the latest versions. • You'll work closely with customers, often via Zoom, to troubleshoot technical issues related to our software and their environments, including firewalls, third-party authentication, and general IT challenges. • In this role, you'll be a valued member of our product development team, influencing the evolution of our products to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve common pain points.
• You have a Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. • You’re open to periodic travel to work with customers on-site or attend meetups for some face-to-face time with your colleagues. • Experience with Linux and Windows, and familiarity with cloud environments like AWS or Azure. • Experience with using tools like Task Manager, Process Explorer, Wireshark, and other Windows Sysinternal power tools. • You know how to balance work with life, and you're looking for a role that respects that. • You’re excited about working with smart, passionate people in a scale-up environment with great investors and a bright future.
