📋 Description

• Own and maintain the company’s proposal content library and knowledge management platform • Establish content governance frameworks, review cycles, ownership models, and content health metrics • Ensure proposal content is accurate, compliant, current, and aligned with company messaging, product strategy, and competitive positioning • Develop standards for content structure, metadata, tagging, and taxonomy • Manage and optimize content for RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, executive summaries, solution overviews, and customer presentations • Create and maintain approved response templates and reusable content assets • Partner with subject-matter experts to improve answer quality and competitive differentiation • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Security, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales teams • Coordinate quarterly content reviews with designated content owners • Drive adoption of AI-powered proposal tools and content automation capabilities • Use AI to identify content gaps, detect duplicate responses, improve answer quality, recommend updates, and enhance searchability • Evaluate and implement technologies that improve proposal efficiency and content quality • Track and report content utilization, search effectiveness, content freshness, question reuse, time-to-response improvements, and proposal team productivity • Build dashboards and executive reporting on content performance and proposal effectiveness • Create customer-ready proposal templates, playbooks, and self-service resources • Train proposal managers, account executives, solution engineers, and other stakeholders on proposal content tools and repositories • Improve sales productivity through accessible, reliable, and easy-to-consume content

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in proposal management, content management, knowledge management, sales enablement, or related SaaS functions • Experience supporting RFP, RFI, DDQ, security review, or procurement processes • Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills • Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs • Experience with proposal automation platforms such as Responsive, Loopio, RFPIO, Ombud, or similar solutions • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills • Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment • B2B SaaS company experience preferred, particularly companies with $100M+ ARR • Familiarity with AI-enabled content management platforms • Knowledge of sales methodologies and enterprise software procurement processes • Experience using Salesforce, Seismic, SharePoint, Confluence, and modern content management platforms • Experience building content governance programs from the ground up
